Bethesda Community Assistance and Relationship Enrichment Centre (B'CARE) is a voluntary welfare organization formed with the purpose to express care for the community through social service and welfare assistance.
In recent years, the work of B'CARE has been enlarged with a network of 7 service centres including 3 student care centres in Hougang.
It is registered with the Registry of Societies in 1996 (ROS Reg. No. 248/96. WEL). We are registered as a charity under the Charities Act and a member of the National Council of Social Services since 2002. Since 1997, youth and elderly over 10, children, families, B'CARE has provided an extensive range of services for the individual person, 000 households in the community in Hougang. In November 2007 B'CARE was conferred IPC (Institute of Public Character) status by the Commissioner of Charities under the Ministry of Community Development Youth and Sports.
