Equipped with limited capital, knowledge of spices, self-improved home recipe that was passed from generation to generation and her strong determination, Mrs Oei had started a small restaurant in 1998. One of these of ore mentioned island is Java. Thus, it has many thousands of ethnical food in which is famous for its authenticity in taste. It is known for the fact that it has 3000 over Dialects and over hundreds of ethnical groups.
