OTi Consulting Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1982 as an international HR/Organizational Development (OD) consultancy firm specializing in Total Organization Renewal. In line with its original obligation of meeting the situational needs of clients operating in Asia-Pacific, SDC was the first known company in the region to produce video tapes, DVD’s and CD-ROMs to improve learning effectiveness.
