At Cupcake Engineer, we focus on flavour. We make our cupcakes throughout the day to ensure that our customers get the freshest cupcakes possible. Nothing is mass produced and each cupcake is handmade individually, in store, everyday. Everything you see on our cupcakes contributes to the flavour and texture balance of the cupcake.

Our cupcakes are also baked in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. So you won't see sprinkles, dragees, or heart-shaped sugar decorations that have no function other than to make a cupcake look pretty. In short, we won't use anything that does not have a functional value in the cupcake. We don't add any colouring, nor do we use fondant or marzipan. Thus we don't believe in heavily-decorated cupcakes. Each speciality cupcake is carefully engineered using high quality ingredients to bring out the delightful flavour in each creation. And we never sell overnight cupcakes.
