The name “Elephant & Coral” is derived from a place in London, Elephant & Castle, where the founder spent some of his years of education in England.
In 2003, we expanded overseas by opening our first flagship store in Jakarta PT Elephant & Coral PenCo Indonesia in Plaza Indonesia.
The success of “The Saints” collection is unprecedented, fuelling the inspiration for two further collections, namely “The Noto Nogoro” and “Seki-Shun” in 2004 and 2005 respectively.
In our endeavour to bring forth a different writing experience to our customers, we have successfully launched our first limited-edition fountain pen and rollerball pen “The Saints” in 2004 with a unique design created and sold exclusively in our boutiques.
Elephant & Coral is a leader in the retail and wholesale business of fine writing instruments from all over the world including rare collectibles and fine desk accessories.
Elephant & Coral has been named the TOP PERFORMER - RETAIL INDUSTRY in "The Best of Singapore Service Star 09/10". Elephant & Coral was established in 1996 as a small pen boutique in Holland Village, Singapore.
