When the gallery first opened in 1993, we were already actively promoting artists like Luo Zhongli, Ai Xuan, Ren Xiaoling, Jia Juanli, Wu Guangzhong and many others who are now very famous and well respected artists in the art industry.
Being base in Singapore means that we have very good opportunities to experience the wide changes and demand for both China and Southeast Asian art works. Jasmine Fine Art (MAD Museum of Art & Design) was set up in 1993 and first located in Orchard Point Shopping Centre at Level 4, which was recognized and well known as an arts and crafts centre.
Between 1993 and 1998, we organised monthly art exhibitions and continued to promote very good artists from Vietnam, China, Myanmar and also Russia.
Since then, we have been committed to showcasing the best works of established as well as up-and-coming artists.
