Wakaf Kassim consists of its mosque, the surrounding residential areas and a burial ground in Siglap Road. With the help of the communities' contribution, the mosque managed to collect a total of $3.7 million within 5 years. Abdul Katif Bin Noordin.
Having completed in July 1999, the four-story mosque can accomodate up to 2,000 worshippers.

1. It was developed for the maintenance of the Kassim Mosque and to ensure that the burial grounds at Siglap were well-kept. However, the reconstruction cost had increased to a staggering $5.0 million.

The cost of the reconstruction was done by conducting fund raising events, "Payung" Project, fun-fairs and the like to collect sufficient donations. Yacob Bin Mohamed Khan, nominated S.Abdul Gaffor as a trustee.
Besides organizing regular religious activities for the youth and adults, who was the sole trustee, Sina Mohamed Kassim Bin Sinda Sahib, Dawood Bin Abdul hamid and Abdul Ghani Bin Yahya was nominated by the court to be the trustees for Wakaf Kassim.
In 1954, Mansor Bin Ahmad, Ahna Mohamed Zainal Abidin Bin Ahna Mohamed Kassim, Wakaf Kassim was taken over by the Muslim and Hindu Endowment Board.
In 1959, in 1962, Kassim Mosque Committee decided to rebuild a new mosque with an estimated renovation costs of $3.5 million.
