Incorporated in 1999, Zhaplin has grown from a small start up business of less than 10 workers to owning group of companies with a labor force of over hundreds of workers.

Being the owner and inventor of two internationally acclaimed quality products: Ximula.Com and Alumix.Com , Zhaplin prides itself for such accomplishment. In 2006, Zhaplin marks another milestone as Zhaplin Contracts Pte Ltd was created to venture in large scale project and contract works in Singapore. Subsequently, Zhaplin Work Pty Ltd was incorporated as its business grew in Australia. In 2004, Zhaplin took its first step out of Singapore into the Malaysian region as it set up its two factories namely Zhaplin Work Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur and Chaplin Design Sdh Bhd in Johor. It is the company’s underpinning philosophy to provide the best in terms of quality, varieties and sophistication.
It started out as a manufacturing and a retail company of aluminium based furniture under Zhaplin Work Pte Ltd. A few years later, Zhaplin’s products have gained popularity and tremendous market share in the retail sector.
