All dishes at Azúcar are finished with our originally created sauce that is both unique and tantalizing to your palate. Save the air ticket to Europe, how about simply knocking on our doors? Other specialties include our best chocolate representative, the rich and chewy brownie with the delectable salted caramel ice cream.
While Azúcar stands for sugar in Spanish, our specialties extend beyond the realm of tapas and paella. We guarantee you’ll not find another that boasts the same foodstuff our kitchen has passionately put together for your delightful savouring.
Don’t expect to find your all time favourites, german pork knuckle, fish and chips, tenderloin steak with foie gras, the grilled salmon, mushroom soup served the common way like in any other cafes or restaurants. You’ll find yourself falling in love with our Italians (food, prawns in aglio olio, not people!) - the wild mushroom risotto, and perhaps the French too - Crème Brulee with vanilla beans. This is not your usual café, but rather a resto-bar where the elements of casual dining, gratifying drinking and café coziness are combined in a 2-storey shop house off Beach Road.
