What you should know about Ki-sho

Art in Scotts, Bar in Scotts, Can in Scotts, Japanese Restaurant in Scotts

Conceptualised to mirror the great artistry and craftsmanship seen during the renaissance of Japan’s Meiji era, step into time and experience the artistic finesse of Japanese hospitality.
CUISINE.
The minimalist Zen interior is a showcase of quiet opulence adorned with specially crafted furnishings by Japanese artisans. Featuring the immaculately artistic rendition of his signature creations; Chef Hamamoto’s commitment to stay true to the art of Kyoto’s cuisine is evident in the use of fresh ingredients that are specially handpicked according to the season and air-flown directly to Ki-sho from all parts of Japan twice weekly. Within the same level is a spacious lounge that can be utilised as showcase for product launches and can also be converted into a function space when required.
INTERIOR.
The Zen approach to Ki-sho’s minimalist concept is closely reflected in our Kyoto’s influenced cuisines. The upper deck consists of three elegant VIP dining rooms of varying sizes that are good for hosting official or celebratory events. Our guests can watch Chef Hamamoto skilfully creating his signature dishes over the Sushi counter which is decked with a handsomely crafted pine timber table top. A dedicated sake room with a wide selection of imported sakes is also available to host official ceremonial events. With a collection of over fifty types of traditional and seasonal sake, we are also well-catered for a celebratory toast during any occasion.

Ki-sho features a quaint sake room with over 50 labels of traditional and seasonal sake, specially imported from Japan , including the highly prized Ju-yondai sake, to compliment the ever changing menu designed by Chef Hamamoto.
