Company location: Changi Airfreight Centre.
Alternate 5.5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm and Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30 pm).
Able to work independently and multi-task.
Minimum GCE “N” / “O” level with 1 year of admin experience.
Requirements:.
Provide administrative and operations support as and when needed to department.
Handle tracing of orders and then work with respective employees to expedite the process.
Attend and prepare quotations for customers and coordinate deliveries.
Answering customer’ calls and handle their enquiries timely.
Job Scope:.
Customer Service & Sales Support (S$1600-1800, Changi, Alternate 5.5 days).
