Monroe commenced trading in 1988 and has developed since then, Taiwan, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Korea, having recently conducted recruitment campaigns in Japan, opening it's Sydney office in 2000 to cover Australia and Asia Pacific, Singapore and Thailand.
In 2005 Empresaria Group PLC became the majority shareholder in Monroe Consulting Group.
