On a regular diving trip off the shores of Desaru, Malaysia, Chef Dee caught a lobster and decided to cook it for his dinner. Back home, Chef Dee continued experimenting in his kitchen for days and finally came up with the perfect formula. The fresh sea flavors of the lobster blended in well with the simple porridge.
