Matthew’s latest focus is on a boutique private dining room, an open Kitchen concept with only 15 seats where he will personally cook for his guests on a regular basis. What makes it more interesting is that you can watch the chefs prepare the meal and get your hands dirty if you like. “The Stash” he calls it, is exquisitely designed to provide an intimate and comfortable dining experience.
