What you should know about Uncle Leong Seafood
Uncle Leong Seafood was first founded in a neighbourhood coffeeshop at the Ang Mo Kio estate. Its signature “Shimmering Sand Crab delight” has drawn a keen following since it was first introduced in 2002. One of Uncle Leong Seafood specialties are their crabs (especially chilli crabs!). Since then, Jurong East, Uncle Leong Seafood (best seafood restaurant in Singapore) has heightened into three full-fledged restaurants at Punggol, and Toa Payoh. This original Uncle Leong recipe is based on a larger than average crab, drizzled with Uncle Leong’s signature sauce and topped with a sprinkle of oat, a combination of flavours that complement the fresh flesh perfectly.
